Information on the processing of personal data

To be able to use the Service in accordance with the Terms of Service, you will be asked to provide some of your personal data. We will only ask you for the data that is adequate in relation to the purposes for which it will be processed.

Personal data will be collected in connection with the Service, for the purpose and scope necessary to:

  1. performance of a contract for the provision of electronic services in accordance with the Terms of Service (hereinafter: "Agreement"),
  2. marketing of our own products or services and marketing of entities cooperating with us.

The rights of the data subject

Personal data will be processed for the time necessary to perform the Agreement, then in an adequate scope until the moment of effective opposition in connection with the processing of personal data for the purposes of direct marketing and after this period for purposes and for the period and to the extent required by law or to secure any claims.

You have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to transfer data and the right to object to their processing.

In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body when you believe that we are processing your personal data in violation of the provisions of generally applicable law.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but it is necessary to be able to use the Service in accordance with the Agreement.

Protection of personal data

Bradmax undertakes to protect your personal data in accordance with the applicable regulations, in particular not to disclose them to unauthorized persons and to process them solely for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

Personal data is protected against unauthorized access to unauthorized persons, taking away by unauthorized persons, destruction, loss, damage or change and processing incompatible with the provisions of generally applicable law. We apply appropriate security measures to protect your data. These include internal controls of collected data, storage and processing procedures and physical and IT security measures to protect against unauthorized access to systems in which we store personal data.

Recipients of personal data

The recipients of your personal data will be entities cooperating with us such as entrepreneurs providing hosting of our services, software maintenance support, electronic payment operators and other subjects with whom we cooperate in order to run the business. With all of these subjects we concluded an agreement to protect your personal data.

Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or to an international organization.

Legal basis for the processing of personal data

The legal basis for the processing of data is art. 6(1)(b) and article 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter: "GDPR").

First of all, we must process your personal data in order to be able to provide the Service (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR), for example to: deliver the Service; manage your account; provide support; enable payment, handle complaints and also to perform duties resulting from legal provisions, including tax and accounting regulations.

On the basis of legitimate interest pursued by the administrator or a third party, we will also process your data for the purpose of  direct marketing of our goods or services and goods or services of entities cooperating with us (our Partners). According to article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, the data controller may invoke a legitimate interest as a basis for processing when processing is necessary for purposes arising from legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child. This justified interest is to reach specific group of clients with advertising message.

The transmission of commercial information by means of electronic communication may only take place after obtaining your consent.

You can withdraw your consent to receive commercial information by e-mail an any time. All you have to do is click on the link to unsubscribe from the mailing database at the end of the message containing commercial information or send us an e-mail with information about the withdrawal of consents to the: office@bradmax.com
